I take a close interest in these schemes and serve on the Work and Pensions Select Committee which is currently investigating the actions around BHS.
I would be very surprised indeed were Lloyds to have similar issues. However I understand that you have particular concerns about member-nominated trustees and these reducing (I assume in line with the reduction in the total number of trustees).
This isn’t a direct issue for Government but I am writing to António Horta Osório, the Executive Director and Group Chief Executive, outlining your concerns to him. I will forward any response I receive for your consideration.
