Please find below a message I have received from the CEO of Citizens Advice in West Sussex, regarding accessing their services and help during this time.
A message from our CEO: Coronavirus update
Dear all,
As the outbreak of Coronavirus (CV-19) and measures develop, I wanted to reassure you that Citizens Advice in West Sussex remains committed to supporting those in our community in need of vital advice - particularly at this time when there is so much worry for people about what the measures mean for them.
Whilst this is a fast moving situation which we are monitoring closely, we are focused and working hard to implement our plans while the health and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers and the public is a priority.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff and volunteers who have been working tirelessly to clear appointments and find ways of supporting our clients in need of help, and deliver a quality service.
We are continuing to move face to face services to digital channels but we are building routes for those in an emergency and without digital access. Our website will be kept updated and we will use our social media channels to inform the public where we have to close offices and how to contact us.
We are also reviewing what sort of questions people need help with so we can ensure we have the most up to date information available, and share the impact so the right support is identified and given by others.
