It was great to meet Craig Black and his team at Sussex Biltong to congratulate them on being finalists in this year’s Sussex Food and Drink Awards.
Craig started the company over 4 years ago and cures beef and venison to make biltong using their own special spices at their factory in Balcombe.
The high protein snack is sold locally in their two shops in East Grinstead and Haywards Heath as well as on their online shop, which saw an increase in online orders during lockdown.
