Further to my post of 14th January I wanted to pass on specific reassurance that I have been provided by Royal Mail in the light of the postal delays in Horsham.
There are a number of delivery services being used to deliver the test kits, including Royal Mail. Royal Mail have assured me that home test kits are being prioritised for both delivery and collection from priority post boxes.
To date patients being contacted by their local networks in relation to the vaccination appointments have, given the tight time frames the brilliant teams are working to, been contacted through SMS, email and telephone (including where appropriate and necessary) calling carers.
