World Cancer Day is this Saturday. We all, sadly, know someone whose life has been touched by cancer. The aim of World Cancer Day is to raise worldwide awareness and to improve our understanding of cancer.
In the Horsham constituency we are fortunate to have so many dedicated professionals and volunteers determined to support those going through a cancer diagnosis. This includes the Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre, our wonderful Macmillan volunteers who hold fundraising events including the annual Macmillan Coffee Morning and the teams at our Cancer Research charity shops (all pictured below).
