I visited Ouse Valley GP Practice in Handcross on Friday.
Constituents had raised specific concerns with me regarding the dispensary service. The team have worked very hard to address these concerns and are in a much better place. I saw for myself the process working well which has been helped by the recruitment of new staff and a new sign making the wait time clearer for patients.
It was good to speak to the team and they are very clear that if constituents have concerns they are keen to hear them and respond.
