Rural England Prosperity Fund

I am delighted that Horsham District Council has been allocated £871,733 as a Government grant under the Rural England Prosperity Fund to cover the next two financial years. HDC will be using the fund as a grant to support small businesses and community infrastructure. Improving Patient Care

On Friday I met the Horsham Central Primary Care Network team a collaboration between Orchard, Riverside, Park and Holbrook surgeries bringing together a multidisciplinary team to improve patient wellbeing including: social prescribers, mental health social prescribers, health and wellbeing coach
