I have been informed by Lloyds that they intend to withdraw their mobile branch service that stops fortnightly in Billingshurst from May next year. This was a “sticking plaster” solution after they closed the Billingshurst branch and I would be sorry to see this option for residents and small businesses removed.
Lloyds say that patterns of usage have changed, with more people using online banking and the Post Office.
