Today marks World Cancer Day; a day for the world to unite and raise awareness.
We all sadly know either family members or good friends who have been affected by cancer.
Earlier in the week I visited a drop in event being held in Parliament by Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Most people can't name the symptoms of pancreatic cancer which can include indigestion, tummy pain or back pain, changes to your stools, unexplained weight loss or loss of appetite and jaundice (yellow skin or eyes and tchy skin). If you want to know more about the symptoms of pancreatic cancer there is more information on Pancreatic Cancer UK's website: https://www.pancreaticcancer.org.uk/
Pancreatic Cancer UK also run a support line 0808 801 0707.
