Collyer's is rapidly approaching its 500th anniversary an extraordinary milestone and what a legacy Richard Collyer has left for his town. I joined past and present pupils at their founders day service in St Mary’s, Horsham which also celebrated the 100th anniversary of the old Collyerian association. Lovely to join past and current students, the Chairman of Governors (and HDC) David Skipp and the accumulated wisdom of thirty nine years worth of Collyers’ principals from my friend David Arnold (1983-1999) to the excellent current incumbent Dan Lodge.
