On Friday 9th February Jeremy Quin, Member of Parliament for Horsham, was invited to open the new playground equipment at St John’s Catholic Primary School on Blackbridge Lane, Horsham.
The school received a Sports Premium grant from the Government which enabled them to fund the new equipment which includes a giant swing, cross trainer, bikes and many other fun pieces of equipment.
Jeremy said “It was great to be able to join the school to help them officially open their new playground equipment which encourages the children to live active and healthy lifestyles whilst also having fun!
“The children were really excited about the new equipment, especially the giant swing!”
